iPads & Assessment: Explain Everything

I convened a session to talk about iPads and Assessment. I am doing my graduate research on the intersection of formative assessment, multimedia design, and mobile learning. I did a very short presentation about some of the underlying principles in my research, followed by some show and tell of an app that was developed to help me do this research. I didn't want it to seem like a vendor presentation since it is a paid app.  I think everyone in the room had lots of interesting things to share as we spent time discussing the tools that are available to assess student learning in a more meaningful and contextualized way than ever before.
